30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Any hardware appliance sold may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase order date for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping costs under the following conditions.

  • All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number.
  • RMA numbers MUST be obtained.
  • Returned units MUST be received in resaleable condition.
  • Returned units MUST include all of the original cables, mount kits, internal packaging and other components which were originally shipped with the product.
  • Returned units MUST NOT have scratches or any damage that would keep the unit from being resold as new.

The condition of the unit is determined in our sole judgement. If any damage is found or if there are missing components the return may not be accepted, or may be subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee.

Upon the issuance of an RMA number the return MUST be delivered within 15 days of the issuance date in order for the return to be accepted.

NOTE: NFR units are not covered by our standard return policy and are non-returnable.
